Consigned Kits

In today’s economic climate many companies want to maintain complete control over their supply chain… right down to the component level. At Agility Mfg Inc., we welcome consigned kits with open arms. As a matter of fact, this has become one of the fastest growing segments of our business.


All that is required is some basic information and we will quickly provide you a labor only quote. Should you choose Agility to assemble your project, you will receive the following:

  • Kit Audit including shortage information

  • Full DFM support including assistance with stencil and pallet design

  • Assembly

  • Test (if necessary)

  • Packaging

  • Shipment

  • Return of Excess

  • Post build reports (upon request)

We do request however, that all material is clearly labeled and arrives in reels, trays, tubes or extended cut strips so we can audit the kit quickly and efficiently. Receiving components in these types of media also allows for optimal manufacturability.
